Tesla tried the cheap software-locked flagship a second time: $10,000 off, 21% of the battery walled away, 320 miles instead of 405. It lasted about two and a half weeks. Tesla then cut the price of the full-range cars so far that the crippled one had no reason to exist, and deleted it.
